Enrollment Policy 

Enrollment is confirmed only after the registration form is completed and the registration fee is paid. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Attendance Policy 

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time. Consistent attendance helps ensure steady progress and effective learning. 

Payment Policy

Monthly fees must be paid within the first week of each month. Late payments may result in temporary suspension of classes until dues are cleared. 

Refund Policy

 To ensure smooth planning and reserved class placements, all payments made to Evolve Learning Centre are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Missed Classes

 If a student misses a class, parents are encouraged to inform the centre in advance whenever possible. 

Behaviour & Respect

 Students are expected to treat teachers, classmates, and learning materials with kindness and respect. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in warnings or dismissal from the programme. 

Parent Communication

 Parents/guardians will be informed about student progress, attendance, and any important updates through WhatsApp or other official communication channels. 

Safety & Wellbeing

 We strive to provide a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment where every child feels comfortable, respected, and encouraged to grow. 

Pickup Policy

 Parents/guardians are requested to ensure students are picked up on time after classes. 

Photography & Media

 Photos or videos taken during classes or events may occasionally be used for educational or promotional purposes on our social media or website. Parents may inform us if they prefer their child not to appear in media content. 

Policy Updates

 Evolve Learning Centre reserves the right to update policies when necessary. Parents will be informed of any major changes.
